Children, aged 12 to 18 and their families who reside in the inner city are welcome to participate.

SWISH will run Saturdays, 11 a.m.- 5 p.m., June 30-Aug. 11.

The Beginning of Something Healthy

Today was the first meeting of our new healthy living group – North End Losers. Seven of us gathered to brainstorm ideas as to how we can accomplish our goals. Going forward, we are going to meet twice weekly to work out together and provide support and motivation for each other. Weekly weigh-ins are to be done on Sunday mornings to help keep us on track.

Our first workout session will be on Wednesday, March 7th, 2012 at 7pm, followed by our first weigh-in on Sunday, March 11th, 2012 at 9am.

Check back soon for information regarding an upcoming challenge.
